I bought this from an online seller of non-comercially released concert DVDs who lives in the UK about 2 years ago. I was interested in owning it as I attended this show and am always looking to collect video and audio from any show I have seen in person. I am guessing that since I am now upping it that it's considered a "liberated" bootleg.
As for the quality, in terms of video I would call it "pretty good". The lighter parts of the frame, including the faces of the band members are definitely overexposed which I believe is a typical problem with home video recordings set to auto. The taper must not have been very tall or he was staying low to avoid security as he spends a great deal of time adjusting to the heads of the audience members in front of him and we see those heads throughout nearly the entire show. This is by no means a professional video but is watchable and reasonably enjoyable if you don't mind heads at the bottom of the picture/the taper working around heads.
Nearly the entire concert is presented here with only "The Girl From Yesterday" missing entirely and parts of "Dirty Laundry" also missing.
The audio on this is definitely the better aspect as I would call it excellent or even excellent plus especially considering it's from a home video camera and recorded in mid-1994.
